 Unlike most other providers, we will pay you if you refer business to us or resell our business through our Reseller Program.
Customer Incentive Program
Everybody knows of companies who need websites. If you are our customer, we pay you for telling us about them.
We will credit your account with the amount we receive from your referrals first month of hosting.
The following incentive program is offered to all regular and active hosting customers of ComCity who are not resellers. The program is for website hosting customers who refer other potential customers or prospects to ComCity for the purposes of both web design and hosting by our company. In order to qualify for incentive payments, both the referred prospect and the referring customers must both remain ComCity customers for a term not shorter than 6 months. Incentive payments will be made in two parts as credits to existing charges. The first part will be paid upon the referred prospective accepting ComCity's terms along with the complete installation of the website. No incentive payments will be made for prospects or potential customers who do not actually become bona fide customers. In addition, the second part of the incentive payment will be made if both customers remain active after 6 months. The Customer Incentive Program and the Reseller program are mutually exclusive. Customers who qualify for a customer incentive are not entitled to reseller fees or visa versa.
Each existing customer will be paid a total amount equal to the first month of hosting for the new referred customer.

Reseller Program

encourage Resellers
or Designers who want to Host websites
Qualifications & Requirements:
Reseller must be an active and regular
customer of ComCity that hosts Virtual Managed website package.
To qualify as a reseller as opposed to a customer
incentive, all design, related services, and first-line/Tier I support of the customer must be
provided by the reseller. Your customers MUST NOT contact us directly
for technical support or assistance.
The reseller must maintain and resolve all design issues
and customer contact relating to the design and content of each respective customer.
ComCity will maintain the hosting services, server, and 24x7 operation of the website.
Reseller must maintain itself as the single point of
contact with each customer with respect to customer support issues and all other ancillary
issues and requirements of the customer or their website. Reseller is responsible for
resolving these issues with ComCity or the customer in the position of a middleman.
ComCity is not involved when the website is hosted as a
virtual directory where the root website is owned and operated by the individual
reseller. However, the reseller is responsible for the individual content,
disk space, and bandwidth of
the total domain which is dependent on the number of customers maintained by each reseller
as well as their own website. websites sold as virtual directories are strictly the
responsibility of the reseller and are not entitled to reseller payments or compensation.
The Customer Incentive Program and the Reseller program
are mutually exclusive. Customers who qualify as a reseller are not entitled to Customer
Incentive fees or visa versa.
To qualify for credit under the Incentive
program only, ComCity will bill each customer for the respective
hosting service package and each reseller will be credited upon the referred
customer paying their fees.
This fee is independent of any design or other related
fees that each reseller will collect independently for creating or maintaining the content
of each customers site. These design fees are the responsibility of the reseller to
collect from each customer.
Each reseller and customer must agree to be bound by

These terms grant ComCity limited
copyright protection for reproducing the pages, protection against illicit content that
others may find offensive, and the right to terminate service based upon conditions such
as non-payment of fees.
Reseller cannot act as an agent with respect to binding
ComCity in any contract or any other obligations. ComCity promises to deliver identical
services commensurate with rates, schedules, and deliverables published on our website or
with respect to agreements we independent hold with each customer.
